How We Ensure Responsible Manufacturing
Supply Chain Verification
All direct suppliers undergo due diligence before production begins. We assess risks related to labor conditions, location, and supplier history to ensure ethical compliance.
Regular Audits
We conduct independent third-party audits on a regular basis. These include:
- Document and payroll reviews
- Worker interviews
- On-site facility inspections
When non-compliance is identified, we require corrective action and conduct follow-up audits to confirm improvement.
Supplier Code of Conduct
All suppliers are required to sign and follow WALLETSPLUS' Code of Conduct, which prohibits:
- Child labor
- Forced labor
- Discrimination or abuse
- Unsafe working environments
They must also certify that any materials used comply with all applicable labor laws and ethical sourcing standards.
Accountability Standards
While we aim to work collaboratively on improvements, we reserve the right to terminate any supplier relationship if critical violations are found and not corrected.
Training and Awareness
All WALLETSPLUS team members involved in sourcing and operations receive training on labour laws, supply chain ethics, and anti-slavery practices. We also provide capacity-building support to factory managers and workers.
